About BuildSiteCo

A web-based platform for stakeholder engagement in construction

BuildSiteCo was built as a final year project to answer a simple question: what would construction project management look like if every stakeholder — not just the project manager — had the right tools and the right visibility?

One connected network

A construction project touches a company, a project manager, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients. BuildSiteCo gives them one shared workspace instead of scattered emails and spreadsheets.

Built around real hierarchy

Companies register and get verified, projects are created under them, and stakeholders join with a role-specific permission set — matching how construction teams actually organize.

Focused on stakeholder engagement

The goal isn't just project management — it's making sure every stakeholder, from the platform admin down to a supplier, always knows what's happening and what's expected of them.

From registration to closeout

A company registers and is verified by a platform admin, becomes active, and creates projects with an assigned project manager. Stakeholders join by invitation — as engineers, contractors, suppliers, or clients — each seeing only the projects and modules they're authorized for. Every project moves through Setup, Active, Closeout, and Archived, with a full activity log along the way.
