What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), company registration information (license number, PEC contract type, supporting documents), and project data you and your team create — messages, queries, issues, documents, and inventory records.
How it's used
Data is used to run the platform: authenticating you, showing you the projects and modules you're authorized for, and generating notifications and reports for your team.
Who can see it
Access is scoped by role and project. A supplier on Project A cannot see Project B's data, and a client only sees what's explicitly shared with them. Platform admins can see company-level activity for verification and support purposes.
Data storage & security
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security enforced at the database layer, not just in the app's interface — so even a direct API request is restricted to what that user is allowed to see.
Your choices
You can update your profile information and notification preferences at any time from your account settings. Contact us if you'd like your data removed after leaving a company or project.
