Accounts & registration
Company registration must be submitted by an authorized representative. A platform admin reviews every registration before a company account becomes active — submitting false information may result in rejection or suspension.
Roles & permissions
Access to a project and its modules is granted by that project's company admin or project manager. Using BuildSiteCo to access data outside your assigned role or project is not permitted.
Content you upload
You're responsible for the accuracy of documents, messages, and records you upload. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, or anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
Availability
BuildSiteCo is provided on an as-is basis as a student final year project. We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
